It has taken seven days, but my body has finally reached a temperature state whereby I cannot now stop perspiring. Last night was the first night I had trouble sleeping.

Had a customer's HDD [supposedly] go faulty and Windows no longer accessed it.

Voilà! Ubuntu 12.04 to the rescue!

It was highly recommended to use the 4 with active cooling. 😉

You know, I genuinely love @Grammarly and personally, I think it's well worth the money. Still, it's marginally crap regarding Twitter et al. because the AI doesn't understand you're effectively having a conversation on social media. So it has poor points of reference.

Little do they know, but I listened to the opening few minutes of @thebugcast last Friday and I have to say it must have been a very old recording because Dave and Caroline sounded waaay too young.

A couple of the lads have been working the last few days outdoors. One of them was sorting out the van when a bottle of sun tan lotion was dropped onto the floor.

There's a large group of women outside The Chicken Shed. The woman in the paper shop asked if I knew what was going on. I replied: "I think they're protesting for Free Chicken for women!" she seemed to like that one. 🤣

Poor Charlie, I walk him every morning before work. Today, however, I had to come to the office early.

Charlie, as usual, came up to me, tail wagging like crazy: "Sorry mate, mum's going to have to walk you this morning." His tail stopped dead, and I swear to the pond gods, his face read. "WTF?"

TBH, that was from yesterday when he came in to work with me to help me deal with a sales enquiry. I don't think "Have him dad!" is in the sales training manual? 🤣

If there's one thing I've learnt using #hive it's that members who use their mobiles for blogging and interacting far outstrip people like me who just use a PC or Laptop.

I was desperate for a magnum ice cream last night, but when the dog and I looked in the freezer, there was none. I did, however, find a tub of carte d'Or ice cream hidden under some frozen chicken breasts. When the wife finds out, I'm dead!

I enjoyed it on a documentary level. But I'm one of those PITA's who picks holes in things. For example, The Butt hole girl who starts out telling us she was a victim and then shoots herself in the foot by later on saying she thought it would promote her porn!!

TBH, I had the same feeling over the Jeffery Epstein Netflix documentary. A couple of the victims effectively admitted they pimped underage girls for him. I was like: "So why have you not been arrested?"

When companies like Amazon and Mcdonald's put their prices up, you know they're taking the piss.
