I hate them. They suspended my account in December without prior notice after a sale. Since then I am battling with their customer support to get back my money. Funny side note: my account was approved with ID and stuff for more than 3 years.

It took me like one month of several attempts to get the account and after being approved , received emails of support asking what the problem was to see if they can solve it, answered everything was already solved and then a week later another email asking again about my problem. If that's how the trace support problems . @srednivashtar

At least you succeeded. I can't access or transfer my money. I am only allowed to look at it.

Oh, yes but I mean that my case was something stupid and even after it resolved by itself (I guess) they didn't even know what was happening/has happened, their support team is or clueless or more probably understaffed. And now it will be even worse. Keep trying at least once a week. The first time they answered me was a more than a month after my first complaint and it was a stupid account creation problem. @srednivashtar

Try their support again. Now they're listed they need to keep on top of things for a minute.

They’ve had open signups for years- I’ve had an account with Coinbase for ages...

Unfortunately, I don’t know anyone who would use such a service so would never have been able to use referrals 😮
