Broken one of my golden rules and unsubscribed from a couple of shops/organisations. You should NEVER unsubscribe; instead, put the sender on a junk list or send them to /dev/null because once you unsubscribe, you're confirming they have the correct address and that a human interacts with it.

Running my own mailservers it's easy to just create an alias for each shop or other website. That way you can cut them off in not time and know precisely where the junk is coming from. Also useful when some amazon vendor tries to "convince" you to change your bad review.
