When you quote a reasonably large IT quote, and they email you back asking for model numbers, what that means is they want you to use your expertise to put together a solution so they can then take all your hard work and punt it around. That's a black mark against them, then.

Some people get their rocks off playing the victim card and, in many cases, are far worse than you or I because when they don't let something drop, the pain they are inflicting is far worse than anything they believe they suffered. So I generally have two coffees in the morning before 8 am, a cup of tea around 9:30 am, another cup of tea at about 2 pm, and maybe another tea around 8 pm, so in theory, it shouldn't bother me not having a tea.
