And what was I saying the other day about how #Farage is not looking to win, as he knows that's probably impossible? For the first time in British history, we have an individual who is not only looking for second place but could put the #Conservatives in third place! If losing the election wasn't bad enough after holding power for 14 Years, I suspect it is going to take 10 years for the Tories to rebuild a credible party. You said you wanted "A different kind of politics." it looks like you'll get it!

The 80 seat majority the Conservatives inherited from the Brexit Party will go elsewhere and, I believe, there's about 79 Conservatives not standing in the election. Add the loses which Reform UK will cause to them and it's very serious damage indeed.
I watched the debate last night and Farage drew laughter when he said "I've not lied to you|" and the fact is he hadn't. The other candidates were just pushing spin as if it were true and I was left with the impression that neither Conservatives nor Labour will honour their manifesto claims.

He's not in this for himself. He might appear comical but I'd suggest he cares more about the UK, and its future, than the others.

Trump does care about workers, etc. It's the Racist element that's so hard to forgive. I don't have a problem with toughness on immigration or, for that matter, integration into British society, but some of the language used by ReformUK is borderline, if not overtly racist.

This election could break the Tory party, but they brought it on themselves.
Labour are not being as radical as I would like, but they are fishing for votes from all sides.
Interesting times...

If people don't vote for them, or are dissuaded/pressured not to do so, then it could be an opportunity lost for many more decades to come and we'll be back where we are right now. Except, people will have no cause to complain.

People spout off about how they want change, a different kind of politics, and yet never actually tell you what they want. Then, when someone does come along offering a different choice, the very same people who wanted change are all up in arms.
This is the very same mentality as people who say they are dedicated to freedom and then start demanding rules, codes of conduct, and moderators. What they actually want to do is control the narrative, especially people's thoughts. They would be the first to resurrect The Tokubetsu Kōtō Keisatsu (Thought Police.)

There are other offers from the Liberals and Greens to consider. Don't just go for who shouts loudest.
I know you love to generalise, but there are lots of viewpoints.
