My former MP Eddie Hughes, who buggered off to what I presume he thought was a safe seat in Tamworth, is out of a job.

Maybe if he had stayed with the Constituency, he might have won because he was well-liked in the town.

That was a real 2 horse race. Maybe Tamworth likes to vote tactically.

TBH, it was a moronic decision for both constituencies. We had no idea who Shannon Lloyd was and Tamworth had no idea who Eddie Hughes was.

Most people don't know who their MP is. Seems Tory strategy has been a disaster generally.

I've not heard much about whether bot farms, deepfakes and Russian interference had an influence, but saw a 'Reform' fan tweet that looked dodgy.

Even Kim Jong Un knew the Conservatives were going to lose. There was no need for outside agencies to interfere.

But Reform may have Russian backing. They really want to screw us up and have succeeded to some degree.

Did we ever see the report about Russian interference with the Tories?
