For crying out loud. How hard was that?

π—‘π—²π˜„π—šπ˜‚π˜†: "So the customer's hard drive has failed, and he says there's important data on it, and the base unit has an asset number. Do you know where the records for asset numbers are kept?

𝗠𝗲: "Hmm? Well, they should be in the contract, but I bet they aren't. TBH, it is unimportant. Basically, we need to swap the drive out, re-install and take the machine back; we can worry about files on dead drives later."

π—‘π—²π˜„π—šπ˜‚π˜†: "But I wanted to see what size the drive is."

𝗠𝗲: "You'll see that when we get the machine back here? Give the ticket to me; I'll sort it out [It'll be quicker if I do it by the looks of it!]." πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

Probably. Thing is, we carry stock of a range of SSD's which is what we will put in as a replacement, so "Needing to know" the HDD size is kinda irellivant.
