Is there anyone dumb enough out there to believe Israel will take a blind bit of notice regarding this letter?

Israel now feels strong enough and secure enough to do whatever it likes, even to the extent of attacking and killing UN forces. It knows the West will do nothing so telling them they might get their toys taken away will not work.
