This has nothing to do with 'Freedom' or 'Protection' but everything to do with Control. Making sure you are only exposed to acceptable ideas and opinions. Read through the comments on the π post. Some of those who favour the idea are beyond belief! If they hate π so much, why are they still using it? One or two even have paid accounts!
