@penguin42 Just so many UI problems. Trying to rotate a text box? Half the time the little handle to turn just doesn't appear. Trying to do an animation? hahah, nightmare. Just so many little usability niggles; making it horrible.
I got two quick responses; one was a pointer to a blog (yesterday!) about a conference where a lot of the criticism was against Impress, but also a comment from a long timer, saying that going back decades most of the resources had been put in on the writer and Draw, and that continues so Impress tends to be the sickly one. blog.documentfoundation.org/blβ¦

@penguin42 yeah I mean I rarely use impress whereas I use the word processor and spreadsheet a lot, so TBH that dev resource management might be not far wrong
